HERACLES – HIGH-BAY INDUSTRIAL LUMINAIRES

In the case of open hall lighting retrofit projects where RLM luminaires were installed (usually 250 W and 400 W metal-halide lamps), it is worth considering HERACLES lighting fixtures. High-bay luminaires are characterised by optics with a very simple configuration of light distribution curves (60o or 90o light beam cones), which limits the possibilities for optimizing lighting designs. However, the use of luminaires suspended single-point by cables or chains from the ceiling that are easy and cheap to mount are often a viable option in economic terms – provided that the mounted luminaires are of high quality and efficiency.

HERACLES industrial luminaires have a very interesting, lightweight design (body made of aluminum) that ensures very good heat dissipation, which translates directly into a long service life with minimal loss of light output.

HERACLES luminaires are available with three different wattages. You can also order them in versions with 1-10 V or DALI lighting control. When luminaires are combined with a control system with motion detectors and light sensors, you can reduce the electricity consumption in the modernized facility by up to 90%.

CONFIGURATION OF LIGHT DISTRIBUTION CURVES

Using special optics, the light distribution curve can be shaped to meet user requirements. Example distribution curves for optical systems B, C:

HIGH-BAY ADMET LUMINAIRES

For simple installations in halls that are 6-10 m high, ADMET luminaires can also be used. This type of luminaires have a wattage of 115 W and a luminous flux of approx. 20,000 lm. They are available with or without 1-10V power supply. Water tightness level – IP65.

As in the case of HERACLES luminaires, you can choose between two circular lens systems (B or C optics).
ADMET luminaires can be fitted with an eyelet/hook for single-point suspension or with a bracket for surface mounting as a standard (can be used as an illuminator).
