WLO PYTIA System luminaire, type ALFA

The family of innovative ALFA narrow light fitting consists of several structures with different lengths (from 0.5 m to 2 m) and power ratings. They can be installed as lighting for individual stations where quality control operations are performed or combined into sets of light fittings with additional special fittings to complement the optimal light spectrum ranges.

WLO PYTIA System light fitting, type OMEGA

Adaptive and autonomous OMEGA light fittings have a relatively large width, which makes them a perfect solution for lighting panels with high uniformity of emitted light. They can improve the safety and quality of work of employees working in quality control, offering the possibility of adapting the lighting to individual needs and requirements (including colour temperature, light intensity or the fitting distribution curve).

Tunnel lighting installations of the WLO PYTIA System
Light fixtures made in the form of panels with the option of selecting their optimal length are designed for use in AUTOMOTIVE production line sections dedicated to assessing the quality of bodywork and paint coatings.
The prepared solutions include the use of:
- OMEGA fixtures,
- special light fittings with a multi-profile structure, equipped with lighting intensity and colour temperature control systems in a very wide range, from 2700 K to 6500 K for each profile.
Based on the client’s requirements and agreed technical specifications, TheusLED company can select the optimal arrangement of the lighting panels (type, quantity, height) and, together with the steel structure experts, can design the supporting structure. TheusLED’s designers and engineers will take care of the entire mechanical and electrical system, software and training of the personnel.
Below is an example of a light tunnel designed and commissioned for a leading European truck manufacturer.



Mobile lighting sets of the WLO PYTIA System
The light fixtures in the form of large-area panel structures can be mounted in a conventional way above quality control stations, but also on specially designed carts. Thanks to this solution, they are mobile and operators can move the fixtures to precisely illuminate and examine specific parts and components with overall dimensions too large to put them on a table.
Such solutions work great not only in large production plants, but also in smaller car workshops and paint shops.
We offer sets in three different sizes:
- Light mobile set with a 6-profile PT3 panel, 1500 mm long
- Medium mobile set with 1x PYTIA OMEGA system light fitting, 1600 mm long
- A two-piece mobile set with 2x PYTIA OMEGA system light fittings (the first piece 1600 mm long, the second 1000 mm long).



Software that selects optimal lighting parameters matched to the colour of the examined surface and the type of expected defects
The system is based on numerical multi-criteria optimisation of the predictive RSM model and machine learning. Thanks to the use of multi-criteria optimisation, it is possible to obtain optimal lighting parameters for several criteria at the same time.
